My Little Sleeper is going to help you with all your baby's sleep problems and coach you through some gentle sleep training techniques. If just letting your baby cry until they fall asleep from exhaustion, or the "cry-it-out" method as it is technically known is not for you, then you have come to the right place. Firstly, your baby is not an “it". All of our sleep plans are personalized with recommendations based on the information you provide about your family, your environment and your baby. We will be with you all the way and keep in constant communication, making the journey to getting more sleep and rest as tear free as possible.
Many of you may have heard the phrase ‘sleeping like a baby’, or been told that babies sleep 16-20 hours a day. What you probably didn’t know before you had your own was that your baby will often sleep when he/she wants to, not when you want them to; they may wake on numerous occasions throughout the night and sometimes they may think at 4am, when you’ve been in to their room six times already, it is now time to play.
